What you are buying.
Digital products, such as the AI Starter Guide, are delivered electronically. Services, such as the AI Readiness Pack and AI Website Review, are prepared from the information you provide and delivered as described on each product page.
Payments
Pricing and payment.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. For scoped services, the final quote is confirmed after a short enquiry.
Refunds
Our refund position.
We want you to be happy with what you receive. Our refund and cancellation position, including any conditions for digital products already delivered, will be set out here. This is consistent with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
